Staci Thompson started her interest in Real Estate early on and bought her first home, on her own, when she was 24 years old. She made all the improvements to the home herself and continued her passion for real estate investing ever since - buying, improving, and then selling several properties along the way. During this time, she pursued her career in the financial industry where she led and managed several teams as well as provided coaching, teaching, and curriculum development. She provided both program and project management for several industries including companies such as Bank of America and Kaiser Permanente. In the meantime, she operated her own small business providing estimating and project management services to structural engineers and general contractors. She then decided to direct her career toward Real Estate, and very quickly became a top producer on a Real Estate team in the Bay Area. With over 100 transactions closed in less than 3 years, she learned an immense amount of information from the industry very quickly. She now works with The California Real Estate Professionals and enjoys helping the community with their real estate needs throughout the Bay Area.
Staci delights in spending time with her family and playing outdoors. Staci is also fluent in Spanish and appreciates getting the opportunity to use it with clients, friends, and family. She studied abroad in Costa Rica and Peru during High School. In addition, she studied Spanish courses for eight years, and her Bachelor's degree is in Sociology.
Staci loves to see when people fall in love with a home, especially when they think their options are not in their favor because she takes great pleasure in finding a way to make it happen. She particularly enjoys finding ways to provide something that others are unable to provide so that she can offer the very best to her clients. “I treat my clients like family and their home like my home. I know real estate is a very big part of each client’s life, a responsibility I carry with honor.”
