Hajer Ben Dhia is a California Certified Transaction Coordinator and business owner of “Number One TC.” Her mission is to help real estate agents maximize their productivity by ensuring the smooth operation of all their sales transactions. She brings value, proficiency, experience, and support to all her agents.

Hajer ventured into the real estate industry in 2017 as a marketing and administrative assistant for a top producing real estate agent in San Bernardino County. But what started out as a mere occupation soon grew into a real passion for the industry and the multiple opportunities it offered for personal and professional growth. In 2020, Hajer earned her CA Transaction Coordinator Certificate and immediately launched her own business as an independent Transaction Coordinator, partnering with successful and well-established brokerages, TC teams, and agents. Ever since, Hajer closed more than 400 transactions and hopes to continue to build on this success and momentum to meet the needs of her business partners and their clients.

Hajer understands the specific needs of real estate agents, and she is committed to offering them a quality service that meets and exceeds their expectations. Her commitment to her business, time-management skills, and self-discipline have earned her the trust and respect of all those she works with.

Her international bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, fluency in three languages (English, French, and Arabic), and great communication skills are other valuable assets she brings to the profession.
