Roger Berkeley is a mortgage industry professional who started his career with one of the industry’s largest direct lenders. Roger’s background is in education, where he served the Orange County area as a 5th grade Teacher and eventually moved into Special Education. He started his career in real estate in 2017 in the role of Director of Education and transitioned into mortgage during that time due to his passion for his clients and love of the industry.

Equipped with industry knowledge and a top-performing attitude, he joined the team at Involve Lending with the goal of continuing to escalate the consumer experience and providing the highest level of service with unprecedented integrity. Roger’s passion for helping others and serving his community is what fuels his love for the mortgage industry and giving back. In his free time, he likes to travel, work out, volunteer, and pursue personal development ventures.
